Nexcel canola oil is expeller-pressed without the use of chemical solvents (hexane) and physically refined without the use of refining caustics. The unique expeller process provides the maximum amount of naturally-occurring tocopherols. The oil contains no anti-foaming agents, or chemical preservatives. We are organically certified (QAI), Kosher certified and Non-GMO Project Verified!
Although all oils are 100% fat, Canola Oil has half the saturated fat content of soybean oil and thus is flavored for applications in which lower saturated fats are the primary goal, such as salad dressings, mayonnaise, and butter spreads.
Our canola oil is available as expeller-pressed Non-GMO and Organic. Non-GMO is also offered in a High-Oleic, Low-Linolenic (HOLL) version, similar to High-Oleic sunflower oil.
